Finishing and quality tests
Before every shipment, each Leosmak unit undergoes a complete automated verification procedure to ensure long-term reliability and precision. Our final inspection includes:
- Vacuum and pressure leak testing using certified digital analyzers,
- Refrigerant charging and system balancing performed under monitored conditions,
- Functional diagnostics of each component — compressors, valves, heaters, sensors, and control boards,
- Mechanical alignment and sealing tests of chamber doors, piping, and connections,
- Cycle simulation and temperature profiling to verify performance under real operating conditions.
All test data are recorded automatically and archived, guaranteeing full traceability for each production unit.
Hand assembly
Modules are assembled by trained technicians following standard work instructions. Each step is logged to a digital traveler for full traceability.
Quality testing
Vacuum pull-down verification, leak checks, shelf temperature mapping, and 12-hour burn-in ensure stable performance under load.
Final inspection
Functional checks, safety interlocks, firmware validation, cosmetic inspection prior to packing. Units that pass every checkpoint are shipped.
How do we deliver?
Every Leosmak unit with all accompanied accessories is securely packed in a certified wooden crate, ensuring full protection during international transport. We follow strict logistics and handling standards, using:
- shock and tilt sensors to detect improper handling,
- clear orientation and fragility markings,
- sealed protection layers against dust and humidity.
Our packaging is designed to meet export and customs requirements (including EPAL/ISPM-15 standards) and guarantees that your equipment arrives safely — ready for immediate installation.
