For compact units annual service inspection is voluntary. For industrial units, an annual service inspection is mandatory. The service cost is determined individually, based on the estimated working hours of the technician and the travel distance to the customer's site.

We supply you with some basic materials for a start; however, trays, trolleys and other accessories are to be bought extra depending on your current needs. Please, remember that all our devices are GN-compatible, so you can easily use your current trays and accessories with our equipment. Each order is to be confirmed individually.
In case of a short power outrage, in compact units the proces is continued uninterrupted within a couple of minutes thanks to built-in acumulators. In industrial units, the process would need to be reprogrammed from the beginning.

This situation occurs when the airflow is too big, which happens if doors are not closed or there is untightness in the system. The mineral oil in such vacuum pump is not toxic and can be easily cleaned with regular paper towel.
Average times of delivery vary from approximately 2 to 4 months from an order contract is signed. We do not produce freeze dryers on stock. Please, contact us to check the possible delivery schedule.

This error occurs when the meaning from the sensor can not be read 10 times in a row. Usually such situation indicates bad connection to the motherboard or physical damage of the sensor. Please, check connection or replace sensor if necessary.

When your unit is connected to the Internet, the data on basic parameters is uploaded to the server and can be analyzed both in real time or later. We collect only basic data, no personal data is collected or processed. Please, contaxt us to receive the admission to the administration panel.
Three nines occur when data is loading. Usually, the meaning dissapers when processor finalizes loading of all the data. In case the inidication is shown for a long time, please contact Leosmak team.
